I.T.A.S. was established in 1939 and has been operating for more than 60 years in the field of special steels’ drawning.
The plant covers an area of 38.000 square meters and is located in Mantua’s industrial area, 30 Km far from Verona’s international airport and near the main arteries connecting the city to other European countries.
Nowadays I.T.A.S. represents an important reality in the production of steels for prestressed concrete as well as spring wires. The high level of specialization, the use of high quality steels coming from the best national and foreign steelmills, and quality controls carefully carried out on the whole production cycle allow I.T.A.S. to guarantee a perfect product fully complying with the strictest requirements imposed by existing international laws for the use of steel in prestressed concrete buit structures.
